Manny Ulysses
7 years ago, Manny's dad Sebastian disappeared on a space expedition to a distant planet, believed by most to be dead. Determined to follow in his father's footsteps, Manny has spent his time ever since trying to build a rocket ship to find him. Naturally gifted in science and academia, he won 1st place in every Science Fair he ever competed in. Despite this, his experiments eventually got so out of control he was expelled from school and his family was forced to move to Hollywood II, California. He has few social skills and will often disregard other people’s safety if they get in the way of his work. His biggest flaw is his arrogance and overly sarcastic disposition, which explains his strained relationship with his mother. Although headstrong and independent, deep down he longs to be close friends with someone.
Bo Domingo
A free-spirited, fun-loving, and incredibly spontaneous kid, Bo (short for Roberto) is a 14-year-old boy who is always living in the moment and seeking out extreme thrills. His parents Simon and Laura are Mexican and Portuguese respectively, and Bo embroidered his tank top with a sugar skull to reflect his proud ancestry. Bo wishes he could be friends with everybody, but his insecurities about himself lead him to mask his true self behind his jokes. He has a reputation for trying so hard to make people laugh that he unintentionally ends up becoming the butt of their jokes. Despite this, he exudes endless positivity and optimism. Music is his greatest passion in life, and he dreams of one day becoming a famous rock star in a band. His alter ego, “Mr. Domingo” is the more outgoing side of himself, which he hides behind when he performs, and he believes that is the only way he will get his crush, Kiki, to like him.
K.E.L.L.Y.
Kaizar’s semi-useful assistant, she is a cybernetic organism sent by the Praetorian SpaceKorps to make sure the mission goes smoothly. Although her artificial intelligence gives her incredible knowledge, her organic intelligence has a devious streak that can't help but compel her to mess with other people. Although there are many robots on Praetoria, Kelly is one of the very few cyborgs ever created, as she was grown and designed by the scientists at SpaceKorps. Although Kaizar is the leader of the mission, Kelly is often the voice of reason when he comes up with nonsensical plans to get revenge on Manny & Bo.
Mayor Helen Carter
Helen Carter is Logan’s mother and the Mayor of Hollywood II. She displays a persona to the public that appears friendly and charitable, but behind closed doors, she is manipulative and cunning. She identifies as a progressive liberal and claims to believe in social justice, however many of her gestures (such as appointing only women to her cabinet) ring hollow in the face of her legislation. In reality, she is frequently lambasted by the residents of Hollywood II for the way her laws end up treating animals like 2nd class citizens in the town. She uses the Hollywood II Police Department as her own personal army to fight against the rise in "animal crime", which she attributes to people like Dr. Cervantes.
Dr. Cervantes
A deranged and cruel ringmaster that operates an illegal circus deep within Petey’s Junkyard. Despite the fact his "Cirque Du Cervantes" is built upon animal exploitation, slavery, and slaughter, Dr. Cervantes is himself an elephant. Mayor Helen has openly called for his arrest, but the Hollywood II Police Department has been unable to due to Dr. Cervantes' loyal troupe. Dr. Cervantes and his troupe ambush any unfortunate soul stupid enough to cross their path. It is unknown whether Dr. Cervantes has an actual PhD or not.
